Binance has officially introduced The Blockchain 100 Awards, a new initiative designed to honor the most influential creators in the blockchain and crypto ecosystem. This annual recognition highlights individuals and teams who have significantly contributed to blockchain growth through education, research, innovation, and community engagement.
The program will celebrate 100 creators across seven key categories:
- Industry Advocate: Entrepreneurs, founders, and content creators driving Web3 adoption.
- Independent Researcher: Analysts producing original, data-driven blockchain research.
- Trader: Experts delivering market insights, trading strategies, and price analysis.
- Community Builder: Leaders fostering strong crypto communities and DAOs.
- Video & Live Creator: Storytellers producing engaging video content and livestreams.
- Crypto Press: Journalists and media outlets covering blockchain with credibility and balance.
- Rising Star: Emerging creators showing exceptional promise in blockchain education and content.
To qualify, nominees must focus primarily on educational or inspirational crypto content, be public-facing with a strong reputation, and maintain at least 10,000 followers on one or more major platforms such as X, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Telegram, Discord, Binance Square, or CoinMarketCap.
Transparent Selection Process
The Blockchain 100 follows a fair, community-driven nomination and voting process:
- Public Nominations (Sept 25 – Oct 12, 2025, UTC): Open to all, including self-nominations and community-led submissions.
- Community Voting (Oct 15 – Oct 26, 2025, UTC): Shortlisted nominees will be voted on through Binance Square, with verified Binance users eligible to cast one vote per category daily.
- Winners Announcement: The final list of 100 creators will be revealed on Nov 3, 2025 (UTC).
- Award Ceremony: An in-person celebration will take place on Dec 3, 2025, at Binance Blockchain Week in Dubai. Winners will receive engraved medals and gain access to exclusive networking events.
