Founded in 2011, OSB specializes in retail savings and specialist lending across the UK. With a vision to transform into “a bank with the soul of a fintech,” OSB is leveraging advanced technology to challenge traditional banking norms.
The new digital savings platform introduces several key features designed to improve customer experience. It enables users to register and fund accounts in under three minutes, offering seamless self-service capabilities, automated savings tools, and flexible product management. Built on the cloud-native core banking solution Mambu, and integrated with Salesforce CRM, the platform taps into an expansive fintech ecosystem, ensuring scalability and adaptability for future innovations.

Introduced to the public in October 2024, the platform was developed in just 18 months, a feat achieved through the expertise of Publicis Sapient.
