UKG Inc. has agreed to acquire Immedis, a technology-driven payroll company operating globally in 160 countries. The acquisition is expected to be completed within 60 days, subject to closing conditions.
Immedis, founded in Ireland in 2016, operates as a subsidiary of CluneTech and has a workforce of 370 employees. It serves multinational clients across various industries and has experienced significant valuation growth due to the demand for its payroll platform.
Following the acquisition, UKG Inc. will introduce UKG One View, a collaborative effort between UKG and Immedis. This innovative platform aims to revolutionize the fragmented global payroll model by offering benefits such as real-time insights, seamless integration with workforce management systems, quick deployment, streamlined workflow control, and a user-friendly application across 160 countries.
Hugo Sarrazin, Chief Product and Technology Officer at UKG, highlighted the challenges of traditional global payroll processes and emphasized the transformative impact of the UKG and Immedis combination.
Richard Limpkin, Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Immedis, expressed excitement about redefining the multi-country payroll market by combining Immedis’ technology platform with UKG’s HCM suite.
Immedis offers a modern, global payroll technology platform and managed payroll services in 160 countries, supporting 120 currencies.
Through this acquisition, UKG Inc. will provide fully managed, multi-country payroll services to U.S. and Canadian businesses, catering to their global payroll processing needs.
